1.) Garadu :- A spicy root.Known
to most of indoris and a topic to discuss for non indoris.Chiefly a
seasonal dish....sensational...especially when and as it is served
hot.With all the masala ...the dish is a real treat.
2.)Maalpuwa:-
A dessert .....my favourite.....deliciously made from rabdi and
malai(cream).It is a thick puri made from rabdi and malai immersed in
hot chashni(syrup).price :- Rs. 100 per Kg
3.)Bhutte ka kees
:- made from corn, it is one of the main attractions of Indore.Again a
seasonal dish....is best ate when hot .The dish is a normal household
snacks in India, but the speciality of Indore is the spices that are
added to it ,which makes it so sensational.
